A: 30% T/T deposit, balance before shipment or OA

A: We have CE, RoHs ,ISO. And we can apply for specific certificate for different country .

A: Wuhan/shenzhen port or any port in mainland

A.:Normally 1 years warranty , working under normal environment; (excluding man-made damage or neutral disaster)
Q1: What is our warranty for speaker ?
For the speaker , we have one-year warranty.
Q2: How about the delivery time?
For sample: 7-10 days after we receive your sample fee.
For order: 45-60 days after we receive your prepaid.
Q3: What kind of payments does support?
Generraly T/T,and if you want other payments, please contact with me directly.
Q4: What's the minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 500pairs each model size, Big order will takes cheaper price and fastest time to production.
Q5: Do you offer samples for quality testing?
Yes, but if you need samples from us, please kindly check with me for the cost of the samples and the shipping cost, then I will draft a sample order for you. According to our company's rule,sample and freight cost need to be paid by your esteemed company.
Q6: Can you produce according to customers' design?
Yes, we can. We do OEM for clients.
Q7: Can you tell me something about packages?
Usually we have inner and outside boxes,and with foam or cellular board to protect the products, and we can design the box accoring to customer request.
Q8: Can you sent me pics in production?
We can sent you pics when your products are being production, you can see how is your products being made.
Q9: Can you accept visting your factory?
Yes, we can pick you up from the airport, just let me know your schedule in advance.
